The rehabilitation and employment axis aims to empower the most marginalized and needy groups, especially youth, women heads of households and people with disabilities, and provide them with the necessary skills to qualify them for the labor market or establish small projects, and work with them through training and follow-up on the sustainability of the results.
Economic empowerment project: to empower women economically and socially.
Location: in the poorer areas of Al-Asmarat and Al-Duwayqa.
Partnership: with the Jannat al-Kholoud Charitable Association.
Objective: To improve the social/economic level of 300 women and girls by increasing work opportunities available to them and training them in income-generating handicrafts.
Support: purchase of machinery and equipment for the project, which includes (a quilting machine / a silk screen printing machine / 10 sewing machines, usually a Singer / an iron).
The project was supported in November 2022 and is ongoing.

The productive families project is a positive step to raise the level of efficiency of the families most in need of living, develop their ability to work, and benefit from the idle energies in families, which helps the family to meet its needs, and contribute to supporting these needy families in order to live a decent life that helps them cover their living expenses. This is achieved through the implementation of some development projects that can be implemented in proportion to the expertise and readiness of each family in accordance with the environment surrounding each project separately.
The Productive Family Project mainly aims to support these needy families to improve their own resources and transform them from a dependent family into productive families that contribute to meeting their basic needs in order to raise and raise a good family.
Categories selected:
Orphan families who do not have a fixed income.
A divorced or abandoned female breadwinner who supports a family alone.
The family has no income and its breadwinner is not insured, or does not work in a government or private agency.
A family in which the breadwinner has a chronic disease is unable to earn, and there are those in the family who can work and produce.
People with special needs who have the desire and ability to work and be productive.
